Putting up a full-sized, year-round house or even a cottage up to 35m2 by the lake is quite a challenge.  This involves various requirements, restrictions, permits and building notifications.

Fully legally, on a plot near a lake you can stand a mobile Tiny House. Why?

Tiny House is a mobile house, which has the homologation and is allowed for road traffic. It is treated as a trailer, not as real estate. It can be placed on a plot of land and transported anywhere if required. Tiny Houses are year-round and can also be self-sufficient. Their space is suitable for 2-6 people (depending on the size and model of the Tiny House). A large terrace can be added to the mobile home, which will further increase the usable area.
